SHIPPING: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Discount Divine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.

INVENTORY HOLDING AND STORAGE COST: Discount Divine will manage and hold your inventory free of charge for up to 10 business days after it is ready to ship. After this period, storage costs will apply for up to 7 days based on your inventory’s size and weight. Please be aware that after this 17-day period ends, any potential damage, loss, or issues related to your inventory will not be our liability. Our prep department will dispose of the inventory to make space for incoming orders.
